All our prices include delivery within 100km, comprehensive insurance, regular maintenance, operator manuals, and 24/7 support. No hidden fees—what you see in the quote is what you pay. Fuel and operator services are available as optional add-ons.
We offer same-day delivery for urgent projects (subject to availability) and standard next-day delivery for most equipment. On average, machinery arrives on-site within 18 hours of booking. We service sites within 200km radius with extended delivery available.
We provide a 4-hour replacement guarantee—if your machine experiences downtime, we’ll have a replacement on-site within 4 hours at no extra cost. Our equipment maintains 99.8% uptime, and all maintenance is included in your rental fee.
We offer flexible terms starting from daily hire with no minimum commitments. Discounted rates available for weekly (10% off) and monthly rentals (25% off). You can extend or shorten your rental period with 24 hours notice.
Absolutely. All equipment is fully certified to Australian standards, undergoes rigorous safety inspections every 100 hours, and comes with comprehensive insurance coverage. We maintain detailed service records for every machine in our fleet.
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, purchase orders, and account terms for established businesses. No payment is required until delivery confirmation. We offer net 7-day payment terms for account holders.
